If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund:
Product must be returned in its original condition.
Product must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Upon approval, Kraftspire will issue a full refund of the purchase price.
30-DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
Kraftspire provides a 30-Day Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
If your item experiences:
✔ Print failure due to manufacturing defects
✔ Layer separation under normal use
✔ Structural failure caused by production defects
✔ Defects present upon delivery
We will manufacture and ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
✘ Accidental damage
✘ Damage caused by excessive heat or sunlight exposure
✘ Misuse, neglect, or improper handling
✘ Normal wear and tear
✘ Modifications made after delivery
